Yoga — Embodied Resilience & Presence

Group Classes (In Person)

I teach yoga classes at selected gyms in the Netherlands. These classes are for people who want more than just physical exercise.

My approach:

  • Regulate the nervous system through movement and breath
  • Increase emotional resilience
  • Reconnect body and mind
  • Make you believe in yourself (yes — every student is a unique snowflake)
  • Have fun along the journey

My mission: you leave class feeling renewed — and with a big smile.

Private Yoga (In Person or Online)

Private sessions are ideal if:

  • You’ve never tried yoga before and the poses scare you
  • You feel intimidated by group classes
  • You have specific physical or emotional needs
  • You want deeper, personalised guidance
  • Someone recommended yoga to you, but you have no clue how to start

In one-to-one sessions, the practice is adapted to your body, your history, your current situation, and your individuality as a person.

We move at your pace — with attention to safety, clarity, and integration.

Private sessions can take place in person or online.

Holosomatic Therapy

Nervous System Regulation & Emotional Release

Holosomatic Therapy is a body-based therapeutic approach that works directly with the nervous system. It blends neuroscience, psychology, Taoism, and Tantra to support healing at the root of many psychosomatic patterns.

It recognises that:

  • Stress, trauma, and emotional patterns are stored in the body
  • Many experiences cannot be resolved through talking alone
  • The body has its own intelligence and capacity to heal

How it works

Sessions may include:

  • Somatic awareness
  • Breathwork
  • Guided movement
  • Meditation
  • Nervous-system regulation techniques

These practices allow stored tension, emotional charge, and unconscious patterns to surface safely — and release organically.

Why it works

Because the body completes what the mind cannot. Holosomatic work helps with:

  • Stress reduction
  • Emotional regulation
  • Trauma release
  • Deeper body awareness
  • A restored sense of safety and agency

This work is holistic, grounded, and informed by neuroscience — as well as ancient embodied traditions.

An Integrated Approach

These practices can be experienced separately or combined. Together, they support:

  • Mental sovereignty — the capacity to think and feel without domination
  • Bodily sovereignty — the ability to inhabit your body without shame or dissociation
  • Emotional resilience
  • Nervous-system regulation
  • Embodied self-trust

This work is for people who are tired of fixing themselves — and ready to come back into direct relationship with their body and inner life.

This is not about self-improvement.
It’s about reclaiming your capacity to feel,
choose, and live ...from within.
